Making Dumplings from Scratch for Christmas

We had not made dumplings for a long time, so we decided Christmas was a good time to make dumplings from scratch. We wanted to make white and purple dumplings.

(I am still editing this post, I will remove the redundant photos later and add more text. Let me know if you have any questions, I will try to answer it in the text!)

  1. I enjoyed seeing the steps and the final product. They look delicious. I just ate dumplings, but I skipped several steps, having bought them at the store. 😄 Some day I will make them from scratch. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. These dumplings look very good. What did you add in the meat dumplings? 🤔 I recommend this to you: beef + cabbage + green onions + ginger + salt + soy sauce~. One should treat the cabbage with salt. Chop the cabbage, then add some salt, finally squeeze the cabbage. By the way, you can try dumpling skins made from eggs ~ 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️
