Superlative Adverbs in the Sagelterland Frisian Language

Sagelterlandic superlative adverbs are formed in either of two ways:

  • ap t + adverb + -ste
  • am + adverb + -sten

Examples of the correct application of the above formulas for the formation of Sagelterlandic superlative adverbs are:

  • ap t bääste/am bäästen
  • ap t upperste/am uppersten
  • ap t hoogste/am hoogsten
  • ap t grootste/am grootsten
  • ap t maaste/am maasten
  • ap t minste/am minsten
